This is a great NON-STICK pan! I used it yesterday for the first time and every single madeleine came out without a problem. I used the "Orange Madeleines" recipe included on the pan's packaging and they were delicious!

After reading the reviews on a few Madeleine pans, I chose this one as a gift for my son-in-law, who is a madeleine lover. I know he made two flavors the first day he received it, and made more to take to a party shortly after. He just loves the pan, says it works well.

Great pan - most recipes make about twice this number of madeleines, so you have to bake twice if you want a big batch, but the pan is perfect. It's compact and it can be stored/carried easily.

this product is so amazing. you cannot botch up this cookie. so easy, ready in 10 minutes and so tasty. the cookies are light small pound cakes. great for kids and adults.no zest needed. clean up is a breeze too. highly recommended.....

Chicago Metallic 12-Cup Nonstick Madeleine Pan worked beautifully. When following directions the Madeleines did not stick.

Also tried the "orange Madeleine" recipe (originally made lemon batch from recipe in newspaper) included on the pan packaging. The orange recipe was too "eggy" for my taste but again pan worked great.
